| Relax into your chair Become conscious of your breathing Slowly breathe into your belly Slowly exhale the air Let go of your tension Mentally establish a grounding cord the width of your hips as you sit in your chair Visualize this as a waterfall, a large tree root, a long rainbow You can send all of your mental junk, all of your roadblocks, down this grounding cord Let Mother Earth absorb your stuff She will recycle this "fertilizer" and make something green grow from it J … Look at the part of you that you love Say your name quietly to yourself Say your name… See those aspects within your Self that help to heal the world Know your gifts—these comprise your soul’s purpose USE your gifts to enhance your world & to contribute to the Highest Good See YOUR "perfect day" as you use your divine gifts and talents Walk through this day… How do you feel? Who do you interact with? See yourself doing the most wonderful activity(-ies) that you enjoy (Can you find at least 3 of these?) Do you feel the joy in these activities? What does the weather look like in your perfect world? Where are you? Do you have animal spirits with you? Can you feel the gift that you give to the world when you are resonating in your bliss? Can you see how your bliss gives to the world? Can you see how your bliss makes Spirit sing with joy and soar with ecstasy? All That Is watches and hums with delight as you discover how to give of your Divine Self Feel the pleasure and excitement of Source as you experience bliss Now, sense the aura surrounding your physical form Know the deeper You that lives BEYOND your name… Feel the warm buzzing energy off of the tips of your fingers Feel the energy humming throughout your entire being See your Divine Aura glowing Recognize that you are an etheric being, a Creator… Resonate with this a moment…you are a Creator See the angelic, golden being that you are… Know that what you can SEE for yourself, you can have… What you can SEE for yourself, you can HAVE! Spirit is abundant and WANTS to give you all that you require ASK for what you need You must ASK Co- create with your Higher Self See the angelic, golden being that you are… KNOW this angel self…see who you REALLY are Allow your Higher Self to: GUIDE you COMFORT you FORGIVE you CREATE with you… Now, imagine a large golden ball above your head, larger than your body Fill this golden ball with all of the wisdom, inspiration and other goodies that you seek Let this large gold-filled light ooze down into your body—into every cell Let this etheric angel Self fill you up—head to toe, your arms, torso, legs, and feet Know that this INFINITE etheric power is WITHIN YOU!!
